I'm thinking about remolding my home. Not sure if I should tear down and start over using shipping containers. Possibly adding containers to patio area and carport to have a great entertaining back yard. Hummm ?

Hello Foraline. You have a beautiful house. I would keep it as is and add shipping containers as an addition. You should contact an architect that will make sense of the composition.
